Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
• Shipping (Transit) Time: 6–9 business days (Mon–Fri)
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days (Mon–Fri), including order processing and shipping
• Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Alaska & Hawaii

Delivery may take 10–30 business days depending on location.

Note: Some items may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

We currently ship to:

• All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

We currently do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• International locations

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Weather conditions or carrier disruptions
• Holidays and peak shopping seasons

We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist you in tracking your shipment if needed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please take clear photos of the item and packaging
• Email us at info@yunishikeji.com within 24 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
